This is what I make when friends come over and I want something that looks stunning but takes five minutes. The burrata, warm tomatoes, balsamic, and fresh basil together are pure magic. No cooking required.

Instructions

  1. On a wide serving plate, add the olive oil.
  2. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of balsamic over the oil.
  3. Place the burratas in the center and gently open them.
  4. Distribute the tomatoes over and around the burrata.
  5. Add Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Finish with remaining balsamic and a final drizzle of olive oil.

Vivi's Notes

Mix the tomatoes with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of olive oil, and some basil for 10 minutes before assembling the dip to enhance the flavor. Serve with toasted sourdough, crostini, crackers, or warm pita.
